How can you provide a custom logo for only $5.00?

It is very hard! Logo design takes time, thought, and skill. All of which in themselves are worth more than $5.00. However, by providing a simplistic, yet effective logo for your company, I write off my loss, as I gain a lifelong customer.

What do I receive with your Logo Design service?

You will receive my services to produce 1 large, high quality, custom logo in .eps (vector), .pdf, .psd, .jpg, and .png.

What are concepts and how do they work?

Every logo produced by Holozo is a concept. Unlike other logo design studios, that send a sketch to their clients as a concept, you will receive a concept in a usable, digital format.

Each package dictates the number of concepts Holozo is able to provide for the price. One concept is delivered at a time. If the first concept does not make you happy, the next concept is based on your input of the previous. In the rare event all included concepts are unsatisfactory you will have the right to purchase more concepts. Extra concepts range from $5.00-$20.00 depending on the complexity and thought process of the design.

What is the difference between a revision and a concept?

A concept is the overall design of the logo. A revision would just be a request to change the color, the typography, or any other small changes requested. Extra concepts range from $2.00-$15.00 depending on the complexity and thought process of the design.

What if I don't care that you put time and effort in and want a want a refund.

This policy has been set because of Internet con artists. You would be amazed at the number of designs I gave a full refund to, just to see the logo they said they didn't like on their web site the very next day.

Despite the digital product you will receive, you are paying for a service which involves time, thought, and skill. Unless your directions were not followed, a refund cannot be given for the $5.00 logo design.

A 40% refund can be granted on the $25.00 logo and on the $40.00 logo. You will not own any rights to any designs or concepts in which a refund has been given.

I really like your services, is there a way I can provide a tip or a bonus?

I never knew that many people provided tips on the Internet. Once you are happy with the service and have received the finalized files, I will provide you with directions on how to provide a bonus.
